Scout Tomahawk
McCoun Tomahawks specializes in producing traditional style tomahawks to fit a wide range of uses. We have chosen 4140 for our steel type because of its chromium and carbon content making it an excellent choice for heavy use high impact tools.
The Scout model was born after collaborating with several scoutmasters developing a great companion for hiking, camping, or any outdoor adventure. This is the same model of tomahawk carried by Donny Dust in his TV series Mud Sweat and Beards. This tomahawk features a 4" cutting edge with a hardened poll that will handle extreme amounts of hammering when needed. Sporting a rugged hammer finish with a blued profiles.
This Tomahawk has a slot at the top of the handle with a hammer wedge inside. The wedge can be driven in further with a square punch should the head become loose on the handle.

Scout Bushcraft Tomahawk
Eminently solid tool - honed and sharp edge, hardened pole and secure head. Sufficiently lightweight for my Cub Scout’s use. Performed well in the field. Customer service was excellent. Dylan personally answered my email query within 24 hours.

Bushcraft Tomahawk
I bought 2 of these Tomahawks as gifts for my sons. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none! I ended up buying another Black-ops poll Tomahawk for myself. My 9 year old son loves his and he has already used it to start carving out his first wooden spoon. These Tomahawks are absolutely perfect for anyone who spends time in the woods. They are a work of art but made to be used! They will last us a lifetime and hopefully be heirlooms and in the family for years to come! Thank you Dylan for the quality craftsmanship!
